Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a method of evaluating and correcting subtle disturbances in the body that prevent us from experiencing optimal health.
The discrete movement pattens of the cerebral spinal fluid are assessed through gentle touch. Injuries, emotional and mental tension, infection and neuroreflexes disrupt movement. Optimal placement of the therapist's hands of areas of imbalance encourage normal fluid movement.
CST settles the nervous system and allows us to be fully present with ourselves.
